You agree that you will not modify, copy, reproduce, publish, redirect, or alter any information contained on this site including but not limited to databases, lists of users, user information, content or images. You agree that you will not use this site in any way that may damage, disable or impair the site from use. You will not attempt to enter protected areas of this site, obtain access to passwords or otherwise enter non-public or secure areas of this site.

Isralet is not a Real Estate broker.We do not assist in showing, or inspecting properties. This site is for informational purposes only. Our mission is to provide a valuable resource for owners and managers to connect with potential buyers.

Isralet does not offer or provide legal advice, tax advice or services, nor advise users on obtaining a mortgage. We provide no warranties on any articles, forms, calculators, offers or other information contained on this site. Information provided is for informational purposes only and is based on the author’s experience or the experience of other contributors to this site. Whenever making legal or financial decisions, you should consult an attorney or financial advisor.

Isralet reserves the right to modify in its sole discretion this agreement and/or the Isralet web site without providing notification. You are responsible for regularly reviewing this agreement.

Isralet acts only as a conduit for online distribution and publication of user-submitted data. We are under no obligation to screen or review information entered by users. If notified by a user that information contained on this site may be inaccurate, misleading or contrary to the terms of this agreement, it may at its sole discretion decide whether to remove or request the removal or alteration of that entry.

Isralet is a Venue and We are Not a Party to any Rental Agreement or other Transaction Between Users of the Site. We urge all users to be responsible about their use of this Site and any transaction entered into as a result of either listing a property or renting a property. We do not own or manage, nor can we contract for, any vacation rental property listed on a Site. The Site provides an on-line marketplace to allow homeowners and property managers who advertise on the Site (each, a “host”) to offer for rent in a variety of pricing formats, a specific vacation or short term rental property to potential renters or renters (each, a “guest” or "client" and, collectively with a host, the “users”). "Hosts" may also include property owners or managers who originally advertised their properties on another website and their listings have been redistributed on the Site. We also may offer online booking or other tools or services to allow users to communicate with each other and enter into rental agreements or other transactions.

We are not a party to any rental or other agreement between users. This is true even if the Site allows you to book a rental or provides other ancillary products or services, as the Site may facilitate booking a rental or other tools, services or products, but we are not a party to any rental or other agreement between users. As a result, any part of an actual or potential transaction between a traveler and a member, including the quality, condition, safety or legality of the properties advertised, the truth or accuracy of the listings (including the content thereof or any review relating to any traveler or property), the ability of members to rent a vacation property or the ability of travelers to contract for properties are solely the responsibility of each user. You acknowledge and agree that you may be required to enter into one or more separate agreements, waivers or terms and conditions before making a booking or purchasing a product or service and Isralet or one of its affiliates may place additional restrictions on your booking, product or service.

Users agree that they are responsible for, and agree to abide by, all laws, rules and regulations applicable to their use of the Site, their use of any tool, service or product offered on the Site and any transaction they enter into on the Site or in connection with their use of the Site.

Hosts further agree that they are responsible for and agree to abide by all laws, rules, ordinances, or regulations applicable to the listing of their rental property and the conduct of their rental business, including but not limited to any and all laws, rules, ordinances, regulations or other requirements relating to taxes, credit cards, data and privacy, permits or license requirements, zoning ordinances, safety compliance and compliance with all anti-discrimination and fair housing laws, as applicable. Please be aware that, even though we are not a party to any rental transaction and assume no liability for legal or regulatory compliance pertaining to rental properties listed on the Site, there may be circumstances where we are nevertheless legally obligated (as we may determine in our sole discretion) to provide information relating to your listing in order to comply with requests from governmental bodies in relation to investigations, litigation or administrative proceedings, and we may choose to comply with such obligations in our sole discretion.

Hosts who accept credit card, banking or other payment information from travelers agree to properly handle and safeguard all such information in accordance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements and best practices.

While we do take certain measures with a goal to assist users to avoid potentially fraudulent or other illegal activity of which we become aware, we assume no liability or obligation to take any such measures or actions. When we provide warnings or messages to users about any such activity, we do not warrant that such messages are accurate or that such messages will reach any or all users they should have reached in a timely manner or at all or that such messages or measures will prevent any harm or otherwise have any impact.

Disclaimer

Although care has been taken in preparing the information contained on this web site, Isralet does not and cannot guarantee the accuracy thereof. Use of the information constitutes acceptance of any risk or injury or loss of any kind relating to or arising out of the information herein and a release of Isralet from any and all injury or damage arising from such use. The houses, apartments and links listed with this service have not been inspected by, are not endorsed Isralet, and Isralet assumes no responsibility for them.

Liability

Isralet serves as a resource that property owners and managers can use to post openings for their rental properties and other real estate. Isralet usually does not review, screen, censor or otherwise attempt to interpret listings posted to this site, but may decide to do so in any time without prior notice. Isralet is not involved in any communications between the owners, managers and potential buyers and has no control over the accuracy of listing or quality, safety, legality of properties listed on this site. We do not inspect any properties and offer no warranties on their condition.

Under no condition shall Isralet be held liable by anyone due to the use or misuse of information contained on this site.

Isralet nor the owner of the apartment shall be liable for any direct or indirect damages that may arise as a consequence of the use by the guest of the apartment, including without limitation, damages, insurance, losses because of fires, robbery or criminal behavior. Isralet mediates in the name of the owner or property manager, any complain should be directed directly to the owner or manager of the accommodation during the guest stay.

Users are solely responsible for obtaining insurance coverage sufficient to protect their properties and guests or their trip, as applicable. Hosts agree that they have or will obtain the appropriate insurance coverage sufficient to cover the rental of the properties they list on the Site before the arrival of their first traveler and will maintain adequate insurance coverage through the departure date of any traveler they have obtained via our Site. Further, members agree to provide us with copies of relevant proof of coverage upon request.

Indemnity and Release

By using this site, you agree to indemnify Isralet, it’s parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, agents, suppliers, employees and guests, and hold them harmless from any and all claims and expenses, including attorney’s fees, arising from your use or misuse of this site. By using this site, you agree to release Isralet, it’s parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, agents, suppliers, employees and guests from any and all claims, demands, debts, obligations, damages, costs and expenses of any kind related to use of material contained or obtained via Isralet web site.

Payment

The value of all listings on this site is based on a 30 day period. You agree that no refunds of any kind will be applied after 30 days have passed since you first entered your listing on this site. While some listing options allow you to list an ad for up to one year, and are collected as a one time payment, it is understood by you that the value of this payment represents a 30 day period, with 11 months of free service. Under no circumstance will Isralet refund or reimburse any payment after the 30 days. This does not imply that a refund or reimbursement will be made in a shorter period of time.

Cancellations & Refunds

No warranties of service are provided. Once your listing has been posted, service has been considered rendered. Any cancellation or removal of a listing on this site does not entitle the account holder to any refund or reimbursement. Any requests for refund must be made in writting and submitted to Isralet via email within 30 days of the original listing date to be considered. You must provide a sound reason and definitive proof as to why a refund or reimbursement should be considered. It is up to the sole discrestion of Isralet to decide if any reimbursement will be made.

In the event that the host should be unable to provide the property the client has booked, the host reserves the right to transfer the client to a property of similar characteristics. If no agreement can be reached, both parties are authorized to cancel the contract. In this event Isralet will refund any down-payment or prepayment that the guest has already paid directly to Isralet. Isralet will not be liable for further claims by the guest or the host, nor for any damages, losses, lost profits, direct or indiret costs, arising from such cancellation.

We cannot guarantee or otherwise be held responsible for the accuracy, authenticity, timeliness, quality, or security of any information or content contained on these sites.

Isralet and its affiliates are not responsible for the content or the privacy policies of any web sites to which may be linked to this site.

Privacy

Isralet makes limited use of personal information collected from this site. We do not sell, share, or otherwise make public any information collected by advertisers of properties on this site.This includes name, address, phone numbers, email, credit card information, owner status or other information.

Some information may be collected from users by “cookies” to help facilitate use of this site.We may also collect usage data, ZIP codes and other information on all users but it is not personally identifiable.

Security

Protecting your personal information is extremely important to us. When collecting credit card or other sensitive information, this site uses Secure Socket Layers (SSL) encryption the industry standard for ensuring privacy in web transactions. We do not share this information with anyone except as needed to complete a transaction you request.

Dispute

All disputes between Isralet and the renter arising out of above terms and conditions shall be settled by arbitration of the tribunal of Haifa (ISRAEL).
