ABOUT THE ACCOMMODATION

Our property was formally an Art Gallery 30 years ago as our guests will first notice the unique architecture that include Safed (Tzfat) Stoned Arches around the windows, room entry, and marble arch in the small bedroom.

We are centrally located on ancient and picturesque mountaintop (Old City of Safed (Tzfat - Artist Quarter) that is known as the center of Kabbalah Jewish mysticism, and hosts each summer the annual The International Klezmer Music Festival.

Our property is your "Home Sweet Home" with the coziest, most comfortable Bed Rooms in the most remarkable, Ancient Old City of Safed (Tzfat), the City of Mysticism in Northern Israel in the mountains of the Upper Galilee.

Our property can comfortable accommodate 7 guests at a time with a VIP breakfast option available at a top rated restaurant that is located above our property with the most spectacular Old City Safed and Mountain views.

Our guests will have full access to all rooms and use of the kitchen, bathroom, living area, and Wi-Fi Wireless Internet.

Our property features two double beds, single bed, two sofa beds, two dinning tables, Shabbat warmer, kettle, urn for hot water, refrigerator, microwave, stove, plates, flatware, and plenty of comfort.

Our Charming Old City Safed (Tzfat) Stone Home is very well maintained and is equipped with everything you need to make your stay as pleasant as possible, such as air-conditioning and Free WIFi.

I have improved the apartment based on customer feedback as recently as September 2016. All rooms have been repainted, outside light fixed, added new sofa bed, and balcony reinvented for guest access so our guests will make "Our Home Away From Home."

The apartment is (60 m2). It has a spacious living room with FULL KITCHEN, TWO SEPARATE BEDROOMS (not connected, ideal for couples, family, group of friends, and singles who want to enjoy their privacy), bathroom (toilet, sink, and combo Bathtub/Shower), and balcony.

The living/dinning room has a sofa bed (80 cm x190 cm) and dinning table. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, an oven, fridge/freezer, espresso machine, toaster, pots & pans, silverware plates and everything else you need to cook an amazing meal!

Both bedrooms have comfortable large double beds (160 cm x 200 cm) beds.
The Mountain View Bedroom also has a sofa bed (80 cm x 190 cm) that pulls out into two beds.

We have plenty of extra sheets, blankets, towels, and pillows available. For families traveling with a baby, there is a fold up wooden crib (95 cm x 83 cm) available for two infants as well.

The bathroom has a combo shower/bath and sink. Towels are included and there is a separate toilet. A hair dryer, ironing board and iron are also available.

There is a small balcony (5 m2). The balcony is facing south east meaning you see some amazing sunsets setting over Mount Meron.

We don’t have a washing machine, but just nearby on Jerusalem Street is a Safed Village Laundry where you can drop off your clothes and have them take care of everything that (includes folding).

BREAKFAST OPTIONS

Guests will be provided a VIP Breakfast Voucher For NIS 50/person, consisting of:

Eggs (omelets/scramble/sunny side-up)

A cold Breakfast option on Shabbat and Holidays is available for NIS 23/person.

MOUNTAIN VIEW BEDROOM

Our remarkable main bedroom features one double bed (160 cm x 200 cm) and one sofa bed that pulls out into two beds (80 cm x 190 cm). There is also a dinning table to enjoy your meals with unbelievable views overlooking the Art Galleries and picturesque mountains in the Old City of Safed (Tzfat)

ARTIST'S QUARTER BEDROOM

Our Small Bedroom features the comfort of one double bed (160 cm x 200 cm) and one extra single bed (76 cm x 185 cm) with a feel of living inside an Artist sleeping quarters in the Old City of Safed (Tzfat). There is also a recently restored balcony (5 m2) where guests to relax under the shaded trees after a long hike visiting tour attractions and historic and relations sites.

Each room is professionally cleaned.

CENTRALLY LOCATED:

Our Property is centrally located in the Old City of Safed (Tzfat) in the Artist Quarter and only a stone throw away (3-7 min walk) to most of the major shops, cafe's, restaurants, and ancient sites.

We are within a minutes walk from the Safed (Tzfat) Central Bus Station.

There are not many homes left that are located in the heart of the Artists Quarter that makes our home very unique since is at the foot steps of the Art Galleries, Ancient Religious Sites, Museums, Various Restaurants, Wineries, and Mini- Marts/Supermarkets.

TRANSPORTATION

We are about a (7-10minute) walk from the Safed (Tzfat) Central Bus Station that offers transportation through out Safed (Tzfat) and Northern Israel. Taxi Services are offered as well. You can also contact a local Taxi with the GETT Taxi Mobile App.

BUSES

All buses leave from the Safed (Tzfat) Central Bus station that provides bus service to most major cities within Israel.

CAR

Safed is also easy accessible by major highways throughout Central and Northern Israel.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Our rental is most suitable for one couple, families, singles, group of friends, or anyone who is looking for a weekend getaway.

We include a special service where every guest will be personally greeted upon arrival in Safed (Tzfat).

Providing the entire house to our guests offers them security, privacy, and comfort.

We are friendly and very happy to assist our guests with any questions and are very knowledgeable about top things to see and do in Safed (Tzfat) and in the Upper Galilee area.

We speak both English and Hebrew.

All Buses leave from the central bus station makes getting around very easy. Be prepared for some uphill walking though remember you are on a mountain!

Guests arriving Saturday evenings or immediately following a holiday should contact us 24 hours in advance for more details of our check-in procedure.

PARKING:

There is public and private parking on Arlozorov and Tet-Vav streets in front of the Art Galleries and near the General Exhibition. There is also parking in front of The Yehezkel Hameiri Viewpoint and the Hameiri Dairy on Keren Ha-Yesod Street.
