Our children have gone, the grandchildren grew up and we have a beautiful apartment to let. We pay attention to all those little things that make you feel like home, away from home, with a warm and domestic atmosphere.

The Space
The apartment is next to our house.
It has a bedroom, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a private courtyard.
In the bedroom you'll find a double bed, clean sheets & blankets, a big closet, and a Panasonic LCD HD TV set, connected to the cables company HOT. There are a hairdryer and an iron in the closet.
The living room has an opening sofa to be used as a double bed, a 39" Panasonic LED HD TV set connected to HOT, a DVD player with a nice collection of movies, a CD player, an old portable computer connected to the internet and you have a free access to the net through our Wi-Fi. There is also an electric piano for you to play, if you can.
A play pen, a chair for babies and an additional mattress are possible, with no extra charge.
The kitchen is well equipped, with a microwave, an electric stove, a refrigerator & an electric kettle. We supply coffee & tea, fresh milk, sugar, butter, marmalade, dates from our palm tree, and much more.
In the bathroom there is a shower, a toilet, towels, soap, shampoo and other amenities. We also supply towels for the beach.
The apartment is fully air-conditioned.
The entrance is private.
Breakfast and dinner are very pleasant, sitting outside at the private courtyard, with a sitting area & BBQ Facilities.
A big supermarket is nearby, and the distance to the pubs, restaurants, the shopping mall or to the beach is about 5 to 7 minutes walk.

The apartment is perfect for couples or families with 2-3 children.
Unfortunately, It is not suitable for youngsters without their parents.

Guest Access
5-7 minutes walk to the beach and the promenade. A nearby supermarket. Free parking.

Interaction with Guests
Interaction whenever it is necessary. We are available and nearby most of the time. We do not bother our guests.

The Neighborhood
A very quiet neighborhood of private houses, close to the beach and the tourist attractions. Free parking everywhere.

Getting around
A bus stop to the southern beach is nearby. If you take a taxi, it is usually a short ride, since the apartment is closer to most of the tourist attractions than any other parts of the residential areas.

A day tour to Petra and other locations !!!
We have attractive prices for tours to Petra, Wadi Rum and other locations. We can book you on line, no need to decide ahead.
Day tours to Petra are 7 days a week. You can decide to take a tour even the night before.
They come and pick you up from the apartment at 7am and bring you back at arround 8pm.
