This beautiful house of exceptional character rests on 800sqm and has a private garden where old Israeli fruit trees like orange and lemon, mingle harmoniously with more exotic mango and lychee trees, while herbs and flowers spread splashes of colors and scents all year long.
Its sun-filled spacious garden and luxurious swimming pool with automatic cover for Child-Safety will delight both younger and older guests.
The villa underwent a complete renovation in 2012 at very high standards and offers is fully equipped both in-and outdoors for a wonderful holiday with friends or family.
The villa is functionally designed and has a large living room with separate TV area; The first floor has beautiful travertine floor whereas the upper floor has wooden floors and an impressive wooden beam ceilings (must see!); the big windows all over the villa as well as the electric roof windows light up the house all day long.
This is our family home, and as such is kept in perfect condition and includes:
Spacious living room includes a large sofa and two arm chairs. The TV room has a sofa and a brand new 47" thin HD TV with Apple TV, X-Box and cable TV . The house has a 3 zone state of the art sound system (TV room, Living room and outside/garden) than is controlled remotely from any mobile/IPAD device. Free high speed Wi-Fi.
Large MASTER BEDROOM with high wooden beam ceilings, an electric skylight, KING size bed (2mx2m), in suite bathroom complete with a large bathtub, toilet & shower (with Rain shower head), 42'' plasma and large private terrace overlooking the pool and garden.
A smaller bedroom with a queen size bed and an adjacent bathroom
2 spacious KIDS ROOMS with single beds (1m *2m). Upon request, each room can be equipped with a queen size beds 150*200 or extra single beds. The kid’s rooms share a beautiful and spacious bathroom with bathtub.
