RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Our Rental agreement will be sent Via email and need to be signed upon booking acceptance.

For reservations longer than a week, Guest may be able to pay 50% up front and 50% 3 weeks before arrival.

There are no refunds to bookings. There are no cancellations allowed. If guests cancel booking before the 3 week period then the second half will not be charged 1st half is non-refundable minus service fees.

Note that rates and availability are subject to change and only guaranteed once booked and confirmed (we sometimes do promo price which may/may not apply on your travel dates; season also impacts pricing).

This property is exclusively for vacation and relaxation rental only, not for events. please coordinate with the host if you are planning to have an event (birthday celebration/gathering/min-reunion, etc) at any given time during your stay for proper assistance.

No loud music or noise that can disturb the neighbors. If security is called they will issue a violation/fine and the amount will be deducted from your security deposit.
