4. We reserve the right on rare occasions to cancel your reservation. You will receive a 100% refund.
5. All reservations are non-transferable and non-refundable. The entire amount will be collected even upon cancellation. Cancelled reservations cannot be reinstated.

8. We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while your stay, nor for personal loss.
9. In case of keys lost, you will be charged a $200 lock change fee.
10. Housekeeping: Daily housekeeping service is not included in the rental rate. One set of linens and bath towels per person are provided in the unit.
11. you agree to abide by the above rules at all times while at the property and shall make sure that all members of the rental party and anyone else you permit on the property abide by said rules at all times while at the property.
