Hi, I offered my room for 1 month- 23.8 - 20.9 (4 weeks) for 2600 nis, including everything. My parteners wil be barely at the house, but 2 sweety cats will be a nice guest for you (my brother's partner will come and treated them sometimes). We don't smoke inside the house and we have a beautiful view from the windows, a cosy saloon and a good location- 15 min walking to "Sacher Park", pubs and resturants. Also, there is a bus station under the builind that take to the central station and downtown.
