Guest Access

Guests will have full use of the property, park , elevators and parking . parking can be access only to guests that provides their car license number as the security need to add it to the system ( automatic gate system that reads the car plate number) , please be aware this can be done only in advance and only to one car for the period of the stay.

Interaction with Guests

Property mananger will greet the guests between 830am till 6pm every day, on friday from 830am till 2pm. on staurday we have no arrival .
guests that arrives in other hours then the above will get instructions by phone and email how to access etc

10 minute walk to the Old City (Jaffa Gate) and less than 10 minutes from the heart of town if you walk to the north or to Emek reffaim and the new train station center of you walk south.
Only 15 minutes to the Kotel. Situated between the David's Citadel, Waldorf Astoria , King David and Mamilla Hotels.
Lots of shopping, cafe's and many kosher restaurants are just steps away..

Other Things to Note

The building have two elevators , one function in shabbat control over shabbat , chagim and yom tov.

Electricity use include in price up to 10$ a day, guests pays any charge above.
the average use is below 10$ a day and exceeding that can be caused if guests leave Air con or Heating on even when they are not present in the apt.

The price per day is 350$ based on low season and one week minimum, for less then 7 nights contact me for qoute .
for Chagim and high season (SUMMER-END OF THE YEAR) contact for qoute.

Minimum stay is 4 nights.
