We have a luxurious condo across the street from the beach, available only from March 8-22 (dates somewhat flexible) for $500. (price non-negotiable).

It is located in the most sought-after residential project in Jaffa, an ancient port city now considered part of Tel-Aviv. The area, Old Jaffa, is a historical and culturally rich city. It is located across the street from the Mediterranean Sea and the famous beaches of Tel-Aviv. Central Tel Aviv is only a 15 minute walk away along the beach boardwalk.


Our apartment is on the 5th floor and has 1 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, fully furnished, new tile floors, air-condition, spacious new kitchen, washing machine and dryer, a lovely balcony overlooking a peaceful garden/courtyard, 1 Satellite TV and wireless internet. The building is very new with secure underground parking, modern elevator, and access to courtyard and garden. Bedding, towels and a fully-stocked kitchen are also available.


Jaffa is rich in archaeological and historical sites, many of which are very close to the building in which you will be staying. You will also be within a stones throw of the many galleries, night clubs, and famous restaurants and shops that make Jaffa a popular attraction for young and old alike. At the nearby Old Jaffa Market, there are hundreds of antique and old furniture shops where people come from all over Israel to find unique items.


The condominium is in the center of a city with 4,000 years of history. Jaffa was alternately ruled by a multitude of different groups, and historical figures such as Egyptian Pharaohs, Alexander the Great, Judah Maccabi, Titus, Saladin, and Napoleon have visited here.
