Located in a quiet street in lovely Maoz Tzion (near Mevaseret), only 10-15 minutes away from Jerusalem and less then an hour away from Tel-Aviv. This 2 story private house is a renewd cosy and fashionable home surounded by gardens, a fish pool with a waterfountain and sitting areas.
When entering the house on the left is our living room with a big TV and surround music system, a Piano, and big screen doors leading to the front garden. On the right is a big bedroom with an exit to the back garden, a Bathroom, a well equipped Kitchen and a large Dining Hall.
Upstairs there is a second bedroom (the couch opens to a comfortable double bed), a bathroom with a tub and a balcony (with stairs that lead to the roof garden). Next is a beautiful and equipped office room, and a hall leading to a laundry machine dryer closet.
There are ACs in the living room, dinning table, downstairs bedroom, and office, and a ceiling fan in the upstairs bedroom. The house has Wifi, satellite TV and a relaxing atmosphere. Outside is a private parking space.
