Our choice apartment is on the third floor of a three story building containing only six apartments. Open on four sides it is fully furnished, fully air conditioned, and serviced by a secured elevator that opens directly into the apartment. The property has two bedrooms and two baths (excellent for a family of four), a contemporary designed open plan living room- dining room - and kitchen. Walls are decorated with modernist paintings and sculptures a perfect setting for art lovers. The balcony, large and flower decked is west facing and can seat up to 12 for dinner and is perfect for morning coffee and croissants.
The location is ideal – a quiet street in the city center it is airy and light with strong sea breezes in the late afternoon and evening. It is one corner from Dizengoff, Tel Aviv's popular commercial and entertainment street close to cafés, restaurants, mini-markets and shopping centers. And we are only three blocks, an easy 10 minute stroll, from the Mediterranean Sea.
We offer a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven, refrigerator, freezer, toaster oven and Nespresso machine and an abundant herb garden. A large flat TV screen and excellent sound and CD system. Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment so be sure to bring your laptop or iPad. Reserved parking in front of the building is available at an extra charge.
