This is a unique and beautiful penthouse located in a UNESCO heritage building. The apartment is unique to most of those offered in the city as every piece of furniture and decoration was meticulously collected or built by the owner in order to provide the most perfect experience for our guests. The apartment features a huge roof with a lot of lounging furniture, two swing chairs, a BBQ, two tables and an extension of the kitchen table. The kitchen is spacious and open and has all chef grade equipment as well as many utensils. There is a guest bedroom and a main en suite bathroom in the bedroom. This apartment is located on the 3d floor, there is no elevator to the preserved nature of the building, but we promise it's worth it! Parking is available at an extra charge across the street. This is really one of the nicest and coolest neighborhoods in the city, right next to the fashionable Hotel Montefiori and their famous bar/restaurant, in fact there are many incredible restaurants, bars and cafes surrounding the apartment. Rothschild boulevard and all of it's attractions are just one block away and the beach is a 10 minute walk. The amazing Carmel Market is also a short walk away as is Nahalat Binyamin and the fantastic artists market they hold every Friday morning.
