Hi, I’m subletting my lovely studio for 1 week from 6th until 14th of September.
Perfect location: 7-minute-walk from Guela beach with a surfing station; 2-minute-walk from HaCarmel market; 15-minute-walk from Dizingoff mall or boulevard Rotshild. The building is situated on a pedestrian walk – no cars and buses. Quiet area.
Studio itself is only 20m2, but there is everything you could need: two big closets; table and chairs; kitchen with a small fridge, oven and hot plate; AC and heater; shower and toilet. There is a big window with a view of Nachalat Benyamin street. The only minus – I don’t have a bed frame, just two mattresses. You can sleep on either of them, but I can provide you with a bed lining only for a smaller one.
